Facebook ads that turn scrolling into real enquiries.
We are a New Zealand Facebook ads agency and Meta Business Partner for trade and local businesses. We build and manage the Facebook and Instagram campaigns that put you in front of the right locals, follow up the ones who almost enquired, and report in leads, not likes.

Facebook ads are not a scam. Most accounts are just run badly.
When a business owner tells us Facebook advertising did not work for them, it is almost always one of these three, and all three are fixable.
Boosting posts and hoping
The blue Boost button is Facebook's easiest money and the worst way to buy ads. It optimises for likes and reach, not enquiries, and most boosted budgets vanish without a single lead to show for it.
Ads shown to the wrong people
Broad targeting, no proper audiences and the whole country selected. Your budget gets spent showing a Napier service to someone in Invercargill who will never buy it.
No pixel, so nothing is measured
Without the Meta pixel and conversion tracking set up properly, you cannot retarget the people who visited, and nobody can tell you what a lead actually cost. The account just quietly drifts.
The work that actually moves cost per lead.
No set-and-forget. Every Meta account gets the same six things, every month.
Audiences built around real buyers
Location, demographics, interests and lookalikes built around the customers you actually want, in the areas you actually cover. No spray and pray.
Ad creative and copy done for you
Scroll-stopping images, video and copy written for your business and your offer. On Facebook the creative does most of the heavy lifting, so we keep testing new angles.
Meta pixel and conversion tracking
Pixel, events and conversion tracking wired up properly, so campaigns optimise toward enquiries and booked jobs instead of likes and reach.
Retargeting that closes the loop
Most people do not enquire on the first visit. We follow up website visitors and engaged audiences with warm ads, which is usually the cheapest lead in the whole account.
Landing pages that convert
Your ads point at pages built for the offer behind them, not a homepage. A better landing page lowers your cost per lead before you spend another dollar.
Testing and reporting you can verify
Creative, audiences and offers tested every month, with reporting on enquiries and cost per lead. Every number we report, you can check in your own Ads Manager.
Facebook, Instagram, Reels, lead ads. We run the lot.
One campaign can reach your customers across Facebook and Instagram in every format Meta offers. Each format earns its place case by case, and we will tell you straight when one is not worth your budget.
Facebook feed ads
Image and video ads in the feed where Kiwis actually spend their time. The workhorse format for local awareness and lead generation.
Instagram and Reels
The same campaign can run across Instagram feed, Stories and Reels. One build, one budget, and Meta serves it wherever your customers scroll.
Lead ads
Forms that open right inside Facebook or Instagram, pre-filled with the person's details. Fewer steps, cheaper leads, and every one flows straight into your follow-up automation.
Retargeting
Warm ads to people who visited your site or engaged with your page but did not enquire. Cheaper clicks and a second chance at the job.
Awareness campaigns
For businesses whose customers plan ahead, staying front of mind for months before the buying decision is the whole game. Used deliberately, with a tight audience, never as a budget sink.
Real accounts, real numbers.
Every figure we publish comes from a client's own account, and they can check it themselves. Bermuda Lifestyle is the one to read here: Facebook and Instagram ads have run alongside their Google Ads for years, keeping their pool and spa business booked months in advance.
We also run Facebook ads for our own business, with our own money. The strategies we recommend are the ones we trust with our own budget.
See all our resultsIs Facebook even the right channel for you?
Google Ads catches people already searching for your service, which is why it is usually the first channel we run. Facebook and Instagram do a different job: they create demand, putting you in front of the right locals before they search, and keeping the people who visited your site warm until they are ready.
Facebook is brilliant for work people plan ahead for, and a poor fit for urgent call-outs. If it is the wrong first channel for your business, your free game plan will say so, because we would rather turn down a Meta budget than manage one that cannot work.

A Hawke's Bay Facebook ads agency, working NZ-wide.
We are based in Hawke's Bay and run Facebook and Instagram advertising for trade and local businesses across New Zealand. Campaigns are managed remotely, so where you are does not change the work, only the audiences and areas we target.
Not on the list? We work with businesses anywhere in New Zealand.
From free game plan to dialled-in, step by step.
No mystery, no black box. This is the exact process every new Facebook ads client goes through.
Audit before anything
Before you sign a thing, we audit your website and marketing, tell you straight whether Facebook ads are the right channel for you, and what your cost per lead should look like.
Discovery
We narrow down which services you want more of, then work out what a lead and a job are really worth to you from your sales pipeline and margins. That number steers every decision after it.
The build
Campaigns, audiences, ad creative and copy built for you, with the Meta pixel and conversion tracking set up end to end. You can review it all before launch, or just tell us to hit go.
Launch and fine-tune
We usually go live on the 1st of the month so your reporting starts clean. The first weeks are about finding which creative and audiences convert, and cutting the ones that do not.
First-month review
We present the first month's results, get your feedback and tune the account to what you actually want. Some clients want fewer, better leads. Others want the budget pushed harder at one offer.
Ongoing optimisation
Fresh creative, audience refreshes and budget moves every month, with a catch-up rhythm you choose: weekly, monthly or quarterly. Facebook ads fatigue fast, so standing still costs money.

Two parts: the ad budget you give Meta, and the management. Most local businesses get meaningful data from around $20 to $30 a day in ad spend, and we will give you a straight number for your industry on the free game plan. For management, the full system starts at $1,997 +GST one-off setup, then from $497 +GST a month covering your smart website, ad management and the automation that books the work, with your ad budget separate. Already running Google Ads with us? Meta usually slots into your existing plan, and we will price it before you commit to anything.
They do different jobs. Google Ads catches people already searching for your service, which is why it is usually the first channel we run for trade and local businesses. Facebook and Instagram create demand: they put you in front of the right locals before they search, keep past visitors warm, and work brilliantly for services people plan ahead for. The reality is that for most of our clients Facebook earns its place alongside Google, not instead of it, and on the game plan call we will tell you which mix fits your business.
Yes. Facebook and Instagram share the same ad platform, so one campaign and one budget covers both, including Stories and Reels. We let the results decide where your budget flows: Meta serves the ads wherever your customers respond, and we cut the placements that do not perform.
Boosting optimises for engagement: likes, comments and reach. It cannot use proper campaign objectives, full audience targeting or conversion tracking, which is exactly the machinery that turns ad spend into enquiries. Proper campaigns built in Ads Manager consistently beat boosted posts on cost per lead, usually by a wide margin.
For the right trades, very well. Facebook suits work people plan ahead for: renovations, heat pumps, pools and spas, landscaping, painting, new builds. It is weaker for urgent call-outs, because someone with a burst pipe searches Google, they do not scroll Facebook. That is the test we apply on your game plan call, and if Facebook is the wrong first channel for your trade we will tell you so.
Yes, ads run from a Facebook business page, with an Instagram account connected for Instagram placements. If yours does not exist yet or has been gathering dust, we set it up and tidy it as part of the build. It does not need a big following: the targeting does the work, not the page.
Enquiries and cost per lead, not likes or reach. The Meta pixel and conversion events are set up on every account so form fills, calls and booked calls are counted properly, and you get a monthly report you can check against your own Ads Manager. After the first month we go over the results together, then set a catch-up rhythm that suits you.
Most people who visit your website leave without enquiring. Retargeting shows follow-up ads to those same people on Facebook and Instagram while your business is still fresh in their mind. Because the audience already knows you, it is usually the cheapest cost per lead in the account, and it is one of the first things we build.
You do. We build and run everything under your own Meta Business portfolio, so you keep full access, you can see every number we report, and if you ever leave you take the account, the pixel and its history with you.
Ads start showing within a day or two of launch, and lead ads can produce enquiries in the first week. The first 30 to 60 days are about testing creative and audiences to find what converts, so cost per lead typically improves after the first month. Awareness plays take longer by design, and we will be upfront about which kind of campaign you are buying.
Yes. Home base is Hawke's Bay, but Meta campaigns are built and managed remotely, so we run Facebook and Instagram ads for businesses all over New Zealand: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Tauranga, Hamilton and everywhere in between. Your location simply becomes part of the audience targeting.
The same guarantee that backs everything we run: a monthly lead target agreed before we start. Miss it in the first 60 days and our management fee comes off the table while we keep working until we get there. Your ad spend still runs, but we do not earn another cent until the leads arrive.
